4. Characteristics of 3D-Printed Products
Our products are individually manufactured using 3D-printing processes. Layer lines, seams, support marks, minor surface variations, slight color differences, and other small manufacturing characteristics are normal and are not automatically considered defects.Because many products are made individually or in small batches, one item may not be visually identical to another. These variations are part of the 3D-printing process.##
5. Materials and Intended Use
Customers are responsible for reviewing the material and intended-use information in each product listing.Unless a listing states otherwise:* PLA products are primarily intended for indoor or temperature-controlled use.* ABS and ASA products are generally better suited for outdoor exposure and higher temperatures.* No plastic product is completely immune to extreme heat, prolonged ultraviolet exposure, severe weather, impact, misuse, or normal aging.Products should not be placed near open flames, heating elements, or temperatures beyond those appropriate for the listed material.Decorative products are not toys unless specifically identified as such. Some products may contain small parts and should be kept away from young children and pets.##
6. Decorative Camera Housings
Our camera housings and covers are decorative accessories. Unless expressly stated otherwise:* The camera, solar panel, power cord, mounting pole, plant, and other accessories are not included.* A housing does not replace, modify, or improve the camera manufacturer’s security, weather-resistance, warranty, or performance specifications.* A housing is not represented as waterproof, tamperproof, theft-proof, or impact-proof.* Camera performance may be affected by placement, weather, lighting, reflections, infrared operation, wireless signal strength, power connections, or the surrounding environment.* Cameras using infrared night vision may experience glare or reflections when operated behind glass, plastic, screening, or another nearby surface.* Pan-and-tilt movement may be limited on products where the listing specifically discloses that limitation.Customers must confirm the exact camera brand, model, generation, model number, and dimensions before ordering. Cameras with similar names may have different dimensions and may require different housings.TML Fun Creations is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arlo, Ring, Blink, Eufy, Reolink, Google Nest, Aqara, Wyze, SimpliSafe, Tapo, or any other camera manufacturer unless expressly stated.Manufacturer names are used only to describe product compatibility.##
7. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized products may require the customer to provide wording, names, colors, measurements, photographs, logos, or other design information.The customer is responsible for:* Providing complete and accurate information* Checking names, dates, spelling, measurements, colors, and model numbers* Reviewing and approving any proof when one is provided* Responding promptly to questions or approval requestsProduction may not begin until all required information and approvals are received.Once a custom design has been approved or production has started, changes may require an additional charge and may not always be possible.Minor adjustments may be made when necessary for successful printing, strength, fit, readability, or manufacturing.##
8. Customer-Supplied Designs and Intellectual Property
By submitting a logo, photograph, name, graphic, text, design, or other material, you represent that:* You own the material or have permission to use it.* Its requested use will not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.* TML Fun Creations may use the material as necessary to evaluate, design, manufacture, and fulfill your order.You remain responsible for obtaining any required authorization.We may refuse or cancel a request that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, deceptive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate. If an order is canceled before production for one of these reasons, the appropriate amount will be refunded.##
9. Product Proofs and Approvals
When a proof or preview is provided, it is intended to confirm the general design, wording, layout, and selected options. Screen previews do not perfectly reproduce the color, texture, layer lines, surface finish, or exact appearance of a finished 3D-printed product.Approval of a proof authorizes us to begin production. The customer is responsible for errors present in an approved proof, including spelling, dates, names, model selections, and measurements.##
10. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other disclosed charges are calculated during checkout. The complete amount due will be shown before payment is submitted.International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, carrier fees, brokerage charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless the checkout expressly states that those charges have been collected.Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted for production.
11. Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. 12. Production and Shipping Times
Most products are made to order.Estimated production times are stated in the applicable product listing or order information. Our typical production estimate is approximately **two to three weeks**. New camera models, new custom designs, unusually large orders, or more complex projects may require approximately **four to six weeks**.These are production estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.If we cannot ship within the stated or otherwise legally required period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.Carrier delivery estimates begin after the order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
13. Shipping Addresses and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot always be changed after an order has shipped.Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused package, unclaimed package, or reshipment may be the customer’s responsibility, except where prohibited by law.Tracking marked “delivered” by the carrier does not always indicate where the package was placed. Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, the delivery carrier, and the local delivery office.Please contact us promptly if an order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed so we can review the available carrier and order information.
14. Cancellations
Because most products are made to order, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.An order may generally be canceled for a full refund before production begins. Once materials have been committed, custom design work has been performed, or production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to deductions permitted by law.Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may not be cancelable after approval or production begins.Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights provided by applicable law.##
15. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
