At TML Fun Creations, each item is made with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If something isn’t quite right, please review the following policy.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized orders, including items with color, size, or model modifications, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your message promptly and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun. After that time, cancellations may not be possible.
